I haven't received tracking information for my order. What should I do?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has shipped, we'll send an email with your tracking number. If you don't see this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folders. Tracking emails sometimes get filtered there, depending on your email provider.

If you checked out using an express pay option and did not sign in to your Wondercide account first, be sure to check the email address associated with that account as well.

If you are still unable to locate your tracking information, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the email address used to place the order. Or give us a call at 877-896-7426. We're happy to provide you with a tracking update.
