Is Wondercide packaging recyclable?Updated 2 months ago

Yes. Many of our bottles are recyclable. Each plastic bottle features a resin identification number on the bottom, indicating the type of plastic used. As a general guide:

  • #1 and #2 plastics are widely accepted in most community recycling programs.

  • #4, #5, and #6 plastics may be accepted depending on your local facility.

  • #3 and #7 plastics are less commonly recyclable.

Recycling guidelines vary by region, so it’s always best to check with your local waste or recycling service to confirm what they accept.

Caps and sprayer tops: Because these components contain mixed materials beyond just plastic, they should not be included with your curbside recycling.

Tips for reducing single-use plastic:

  • Our Ready-to-Use yard spray bottles can be refilled using Wondercide concentrate, diluted with water.

  • For indoor sprays, purchase the gallon size and refill your smaller bottles at home. This not only reduces plastic waste but also offers a more economical cost per ounce.
