You should receive an email confirming your upcoming Subscribe & Save shipment 5 days before it's set to charge and ship. Just a note: Sometimes these emails are filtered into your provider's spam or junk folder because they are automatic. 

Before the next scheduled shipment, head over to your account page and click the Manage Subscription button. Find the product on the list you’d like to stop receiving and click the Cancel button. That’s it!
