Head over to your account page and click the Manage Subscription button. From there, you can change your item quantity, order date, shipment frequency, and more.

It is possible to set up a subscription without creating an account, so if your email isn't recognized, it's likely that an account wasn't previously set up. Go here to create or activate your account. Make sure to use the same email you used to start your subscription.
